Oats, Chopped dates (dried dates, rice flour), Macadamia, Chia seeds, Flaxseeds, Coconut flakes, Matcha powder. That's it!
Allergens and Warning
It contains oats and macadamia nuts.
Made in a kitchen that handles eggs, milk, peanuts, nuts, sesame, soy, mustard, celery, and gluten. May contain stones/pits from the fruit.
How to use
1. Pour the entire bag into a container.
2. Mix in the amount of your favourite milk specified on the packaging.
Using an Earthy jar? Just fill to the to the top - no measuring needed!
3. Refrigerate it overnight or for at least 8 hours.
4. Wake. Stir. Enjoy.
