  • 50g Pitted jujube fruit, cut into small pieces
  • 90g Sticky rice flour
  • 100g Milk or plant-based milk


  • Mix everything together and knead them into a dough. Add more milk if it's too dry.
  • Take a small amount and shape it into a small ball.
  • Bake them at 170C for 20mins.
