Are you looking for something soft and chewy with a sweet gooey filling?
You should try this super easy dried jujube fruit (red dates) stuffed with mochi.
Only with 2 Ingredients and 3 steps, you would have it ready for your afternoon snacks.


Ingredients:
- Glutinous rice flour 50g
- Water 50g
- Dried jujube fruit 10pieces

Carefully slice the date lengthwise (gently hit the pit but not cut through the whole date), then pull the pit out.

Mix the glutinous rice flour and water and knead the dough until smooth. Divide the dough equally into 10 balls, then stuff each jujube fruit with a piece of rice ball.

Steam them for 15 mins.
